  • If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you promptly to arrange a full refund

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Process

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email
  • No account registration is required to place an order

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We accept Cash on Delivery for all orders across Europe
  • Payment must be made in cash (EUR) to the courier upon delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready when possible
  • COD fees are included in the product prices
  • All products are available for COD payment

3.3 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If delivery cannot be completed after 2 attempts, please contact us at Befrescy@gmail.com to arrange redelivery
  • You will not be charged for failed delivery attempts

3.4 Other Payment Methods

For alternative payment methods (bank transfer, etc.), please contact us at Befrescy@gmail.com before placing your order.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1 Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at Befrescy@gmail.com with your order number
  • Once shipped, standard return procedures apply (see Section 6)

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to all countries in Europe
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 1-5 business days after processing
  • Total Timeframe: Approximately 2-5 business days from order placement
  • Shipping Costs: €0-5 depending on your location and order
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

As per EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from your purchase without giving reason.

6.1 How to Exercise Your Right

  • Contact us at Befrescy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
  • Return items within 14 days of notifying us
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached

6.2 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Items remain your responsibility until they reach us

6.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details when requesting a return)
  • For other payment methods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • No restocking fees apply

6.4 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative products

  • Exchange shipping fees apply as per our standard shipping rates

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at Befrescy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Please include photos of the defect or issue
  • We will arrange for return and provide:
    • A full refund (including original shipping costs), OR
    • A replacement product at no additional cost
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
  • All products come with a legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in EU)

  • All product information, including ingredients and usage instructions, is provided in product descriptions
